Wovo Band is an e-commerce store that sells wellness tracking wearable devices. Contact: hello@wovoband.com.
Wovo Band is a wrist-worn fitness tracker that records data such as step count, heart rate, sleep duration and HRV. It is a consumer wellness product and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not use it as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that:
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability, in which case you will receive a full refund.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
We ship to all EU member countries. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days. Tracked shipping is included with every order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier once the parcel has been dispatched.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Wovo Band for a full refund. To be eligible:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Under EU consumer law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (distance selling regulations).
Wovo Band comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, email hello@wovoband.com with a description and photos of the issue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wovo Band's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
All content on wovoband.com (text, images, design) is the property of Wovo Band. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by European Union consumer protection law. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
